The build system already defines KERNEL_CROSS which defaults to TARGET_CROSS.
Make use of this variable for kernel makefiles.

<title>leds-apu2: Add PC Engines APU2 LED driver</title>

This adds support for the PCB LEDs and Reset Button found on the PC
Engines APU2/APU3 embedded boards.
